Dead Sound of Misery VS. Fly - Blind Guardian

A combination of the songs "Dead Sound of Misery" and "Fly", by Blind Guardian. If you haven't heard the two songs on their own before, then I highly suggest you do before you listen to this.

If you've heard each of the songs, then you probably would have realized that the instrumental tracks are very similar. So I decided to play them over one another, and this is the result of that experiment.

I apologize for those who realize that some parts of each of the songs are cut out. Being that they are not identical, I had to accomodate. Hope you enjoy it.

They Harmonize each other! Shizzzznit! Hansi, you slacker! Dead Sound is Fly about a key or two higher. They didn't record the instruments separately. They just edited the Guitar tracks down and Hansi recorded separate lyrics.

He's not a slacker, it was done very much on purpose. They aren't transposed up or down, or they'd be in different keys, and they wouldn't sound well together. They're in the same key, but Dead Sound of Misery is played in a way that creates harmony with Fly while in the same key. Besides, Dead Sound of Misery was a bonus song on the album.
