  • Not to be unkind, but this is old school crap, and actually puts selling pressure on your prospect. Your prospect has heard all of this before, and they don't appreciate it being "used" on them. This is not 1985. If you want to have some modern updated information on what is going on when the prospect tells you this and how to understand and deal with it, look at Jeffry Gitomer's video on the same subject.

  • Liking the tips.. although do make sure you let people know you cant 'answer' objections.. you can only ask questions from it..

  • I think he said viral video - means video that spreads on the internet of its own accord, similar to word of mouth or like a virus.
