This is a good example of ;malingering where someone fakes being mentally ill in order to get some gain, in this case money - even if it were only 10 bucks to get him to leave the store. I think they handled it well, though I wish they has called the police just to teach this guy a lesson

When Les puts his arm around Steve, and that crazy guy was just staring as if someone was there, that was hilarious. Also, when he storms out of the store and leaves Robert, Les is all "Watch out Robert's here"
