  • advise: Please make a video were u can show how do all this tips, please keep that in mind. :) Peace

  • "note to the editor" Geez you think the editor would cue in and edit that.

  • @Roshibear yea the guy in this vid is well spoken and was a solid competitor he competed 400,600 and 800m. I ran against him in his youth track days back in 1997

  • @jojewilliams I feel you, maybe just 1-2 laps on the jog if that

  • @SolarSansGamer actually this guy is about 165. The distance of your warmup depends on your fitness level. The guy in the video ran colligate and a little at the professional level so his warm up was most likely over a mile, Which is fine for him. Your warmup maybe need to be as little as 1-2 laps on a full-size track.

  • thanks for these tips. I try to jog as much as I can but man my legs just give out. I'm an 18 year old 5'11 200 pound guy. I should be around 180 which is why I am trying to trim down. My problem is never running out of breath. Everytime I jog, my breathing is always at a nice pace and I never feel exhausted. My legs are the problem. I've gotten two blisters on both feet which have really killed me. I need to get myself some running shoes.

  • why would anyone other than a runner doing 1500m or more need a 2 mile warm-up? all it does is elevate the core temp so you can sit down to stretch and cool off before you work out...makes no sense at all. dynamic/continuous warm-ups are where its at.

  • Actually expert village is usually anything but expert. However this particular series is very good.

  • this series really helps me!
