He is half right, TIn Pei Ling got no substance, but NSP is at no position to fight with the PAP in ruling the country. Every governing body needs to balance the need between efficiency and equity issues. Singapore is a small and vulnerable country, our room for mistake is very small. A single wrong move can be fatal and we might never get up. I am aware that the housing prices are shooting up and ERP prices abit too high. But much better than a fair comparison of HK. Its alot more expensive.
