I remembered that Scrooge McDuck didn't actually speak in "Kingdom Hearts II." I think Alan Young would reprise him in the upcoming Kingdom Hearts game "Birth by Sleep."

Scrooge has a scottish accent. I guess you are right and they forgot the "e" at the end of "canna". Usually when writing in a scottish accent people write "nae" for "not". Like in dinnae and like in this case cannae.
