A benefit was held on Saturday for a man killed in late November by a drunk driver who was more than five times over the legal limit.
Aaron Haynes was driving on the East Beltline when the crash happened. Haynes was a teacher, but also an active member of West Michigan's Hockey community.
His teammates putting on today's benefit. All of the money raised at today's benefit will go to Aaron's son Riley.
You can also make a donation to "The Aaron Haynes Grand Valley Fund" by dropping off a check at any National City branch.
