He should take English courses?. Well, you do not really apper to know proper english. First of all, you normally end your sentences with a comma or a period rather than an exclermation mark.
Besides that, India and Afghanistan is really two diffrent things. first of all ofcouse geograficly (that means the lines on a map - in case you didn't make it that far in your english courses) but also in culture. Seriously, you should consider takeing a flight out of the world, infidel.
