Prayer Of St Francis - Sarah McLachlan cover (by Noella Choi)

Not the ideal set up, but anyway. I recorded the video in iMovie and the midi & audio in Logic at the same time. So it is a live recording and not lip synching. I added reverb and background vocals afterwards and I left the midi piano part untouched. Then imported the audio into iMovie to synch up with the picture.

Sorry for the crappiness of my playing. There was only 2 octaves and my piano playing is worse than my guitar playing :P And for the high noise plus clicking sound from my fingers hitting the keys. (I didn't have a mic stand) Also sorry for the shaky camera. The table moved from my hitting on the keys. I thought iMovie could take care of it, but it couldn't.

Wow! That is the smallest keyboard that I've ever seen. None-the-less, you are a multi-talented person. It's great that you do all the technical stuff too. I am learning Pro-tools, but it's been a slow process with too many long gaps in between... Press on, girl! :)

LOL! It was really hard to play with only 2 octaves. For programs, I find that you learn a lot more by doing. There's just too many features. Good luck with Protools!

Ya! Athough the Season 2 finale music placement of Full of Grace really got my attention into how awesome the music supervision on the show was. They really knew how to pick the right songs for the right moment. Songs that I wouldn't have liked if I just hear it resonated so well in the context of the scenes.
