Caroline was 103 years old at the time of this interview. She lived during a time of amazing changes. Caroline was born in 1902 so she was alive to see the invention of: Neon lighting, the parachute, the radio receiver, stainless steel, sonar, radar, television, nylon, the jet engine, the helicopter, the first computer, the microwave, the long playing record, velcro, the hard drive, the video cassette recorder, the laser, the computer mouse, video games, pocket calculators, the personal computer, the digital camera, the compact disk, the world wide web, satellite TV and the iPhone. Amazingly, she would have been about 10 years old when the Titanic sank (although she wasn't a passenger). Talk about living during interesting times!

I was fortunate enough to have sat down with her in 2005 for a 20 minute casual interview. This video is a short portion of that interview. It's not often you get to ask questions of someone who has experienced so much. It was an honor.
