This is the vocal group Riff featuring Anthony Fuller, Dwayne Jones, Steven Capers, Michael Best And Kenny Kelly. They would only have one pop-top 40 hit in 1991: "My Heart Is Failing Me". But they'd have other hits which broke the R&B Charts including "If you're Serious" and "Everytime My Heart Beats".
