Good lift for your weight, but as everyone else said - poor form. Now you know you can get the 5 plates, de - load a bit and work on keeping that back in check. Shouldn't take you long before you'll be repping that with good form!

I can't believe you actually did this at the Baruch Gym. You mean in 2007 there was room to stand, much less put a bar on the floor?

O_O Hey...you might wanna check your form and improve on it ASAP...otherwise you're gonna wind up with a herniated disk or worse.
thanks guys.. i am currently at 545lbs for 2 reps and my goal is 8 plates. When i did this i weighted about 183lbs
