The feel of the instrument when you play it is just as important as the sound produced from the instrument. The nord action feels absolutely nothing like the fender rhodes action so when you play a nord you always know that it isn't the real thing and the different action can effect the style of playing as well.

My Nord Lead 2x sits on top of my 1978 Mk1 Stage Rhodes (with Suitcase namerail and preamp). The pair would sure look sexy if I had red tolex!!! This is classy AND flashy!

The Rhodes is, in my opinion, so good because the feel and sound together make it so easy to get into the feel what you are playing.
It's inspirational.
