I really liked these chicken burgers and grinding your own meat makes them taste really fresh. Try 'em and let me know what you think. You can also fry them up in a pan, around 4 or 5 minutes a side depending on your heat. (If you make them, be sure and take a photo and send it to me.)

    Can you ask the store where you bought your boneless skinless thighs from to grind them for you? Their meat department must be better equipped. Or whiz all of the ingredients in a food processor. Nice idea and vid anyway.
