I recently went to Chicago for a three-day conference, but before it began I had three hours to run around the city, see the sites, and try to make a vlog...

Sites: Millennium Park & Cloud Gate (aka "the bean"), Tribune Building & 430 N. Michigan (where Bob, Jerry, and Carol worked, if you know what I mean), Navy Pier & the statue of Bob Newhart as Dr. Robert Harley, Gino's East Pizzeria 1‪62 E. Superior‬ St.

Thanks to OhCurt for supplying suggestions and addresses, making my day a lot easier to plan.

  • so 'thats' how you do a travel video! you great show off! ;-)

  • @21stCenturyCat Who needs international adventure, clashes of cultures, extreme physical danger, natural beauty, and all that crap? Just point a camera at a couple of buildings, eat a pizza, and go home! And it doesn't take four months out of your life!

  • chicago is one of my favorite cities in the whole world. its one of the few places in the world i feel like i am home.

  • @battim I could see that. Definitely in my top US cities. I need to spend some more time there to see if it rises to number one.

  • Really nice panning shots. And nice closeup of the pan pizza! :) Welcome back to vlogging, keep that incredible energy going!!

  • @Sinjinator Thank you!

  • @kenrg 4 decades..

  • It is pretty funny to see you have trying to selfishly promote yourself on youtube, with the whole made up crap about you champing that lady in australia and also attempting to harness the democratic movement of youtube for your own benefit, to sully the movement really, to fail dramatically in all your macovillian attempts to be down to just 203 views on a vid after over a month. It really goes to show, just be patient, and that person will naturally realize their own shallowness. Hurray!

  • @Momotaro15 Yep, it was pretty darn cold, and with the wind it did put quite an interesting color to my face - but it was worth it :^)

  • Nice video! Why were your cheeks so red? Was it cold? (not those cheeks! the cheeks on your face!)
