T=6/7= 0.857 s per beat
f=1/T=1/(6/7)=7/6=1.17 Hz
Pulse= f x 60= (7/6)x60= 70 BPM
Hope this makes it clear
PS: f => frequency - Hz => Hertz => Repetitions per second
