It was nick. He must have heard me because he turned around. He smiled slightly and I walked out to him
Nick- hi
He said quietly looking down.
Carli- hi
It came out a little meaner than I intended. He looked back up at me kinda hurt
Nick- Carli look… what I did tonight wasn’t ok at all. I’m sorry I didn’t mean to go all jealous and physco on you.
I smiled a little
Carli- its ok..
I sighed
Carli- I do kind of have a habit of forgetting to mention why im so excited to see someone. And didn’t mean to make you… wait you were jealous?
I blushed a little
Nick- well kinda..
I smiled
Carli- im sorry again. Something I should say. Most of my friends are guys. I’ve always gotten along better with guys than girls
He smiled
Nick- I cant imagine why
He said sarcastically. I just laughed
Carli- so what are you working on?
Nick- a new song. Wanna hear it?
I smiled
Carli- I’d love to.
He smiled back at me ( im conviced this whole smiling thing has something to do with the water we’re drinking or something) then motioned for me to sit next to him on the piano bench. I did then he took a deep breath an started playing.
