ok JUST TO SET THE STORY STRAIGHT: she lipsynched here because it was for disney channel and what not. when she is doing an actual performance with actual fans, she does not lipsynch. i have witnessed it and so have thousands of other people.

okay no shes not lipsynching this is what haoppenes. they play the music with her rtecorded voice and then she sings wuth her voice so it makes it sound like shes lipsynching but really shes not it just sounds like it.

she does lip synch because if u play the cd version of best of both worlds then listen 2 this one, its exactly the same, and its almost impossible 2 play the song exactly the same live and have ur voice perfect live!

u can tell she doesn't lip sing but there is probly one or two concerts she has.. give her a break tho she is only 15/16
