@infreakystranger I disagree. I first head this song as a teenager in female sound. I hated the penetrating female voice of Indian songs but this one was so soothing that I became interested & cared to find out the name of the singer. I learned that Lata Mangishker's a reknown Indian singer. I didn't know that the song was originally sung by a male singer until now & I learned that it's Urdu & realized why I found this Indian song so soothing.

Kabhi Kabhi... One of the most beautiful poems... I too started writing my crummy poetry because of some chick.
the world most sweet and expressive language Urdu.
Urdu itself music,melody,poetry.
what remains in lata ji or mukesh ji without Urdu?

I am here only to praise three outstanding things about this movie clip: (1) brilliant background music, (2) great sayari (verses), and (2) Amitabhji's voice. Those are what I think made this movie so special.
