There were pre gathering activities of DeLoreans in the Universal Studios parking lot prior to the press conference at Universal Studios regarding the retirement of the Back to the Future ride. Both the Park Doc is there, as well as writer producer Bob Gale. Bob was interview about the DeLorean used in the film, as well as being asked to give his summation of what the film is about -- family. Nice! Not to forget, but BTTFPARTS.com founder Gary Weaver II and a host of others were there. At the end of the video you'll meet April, and off-camera she answered questions about the future of the ride. Would they tear it down? Maybe, but she'd think they would try to re-face first. She also recommended that we get over to the press event ASAP to make sure we got a good spot. Great advice, April.

  • You do realize that wasn't actually Christopher Lloyd, don't you? It was a Universal Studios character actor.

  • @RymoMymo This is the first half of the video prior to Lloyd making his appearance. Duh -- I know the difference.
