  • Anbody know if I could use this intake on a tuned car or does the intake have to be used with the stock computer settings?

  • thats not even a cold air intake. cold air intake snakes down into the wheel well to provide actual cold air, no twarmed air from the engine bay

  • i bought a c&l cold air intake for my 05 roush do i need a tune to race it? or can i just run it now

  • its all about the torque!!!

  • Get a tuned intake for the mustangs. You can get way more out of it. Plus you have to re-tune the car anyway with exhaust mods beyond a muffler replacement.

  • but the mustang is a v8 350z is nothing

  • at the wheels, according to a couple of my friends that have em, the z's get in the 250-270 range at the wheels, but the gt's get any where from 260's to 285's. mustangs a heavier car though

  • This is much more complicated on a 2.3L 91 Mustang. I don't have an area of where to put the ACT Sensor. And have to get a different adapter for the MAF sensor so that way the cone fits.

  • not at the wheels silly.

  • Did he say 283 hp cause a stock 350z has 287.
