Thanks for posting! I've recently embarked on changing my entire lifestyle about 6 weeks ago and am down around 15 lbs...(I still have a long way to go) I do a mixture of cardio and weight training 3 times a week...but am looking for more effective ab exercises...I think this might just be it!!!!! I am going to go buy my ball today and get started! I'll keep you posted on my progress!
