Thanksgiving Surf Cup Marin FC 98 vs SD Surf

The third game for the girls of Marin at the Thanksgiving Surf Cup had them playing SD Surf. FC scored first but Surf wasted no time in tying up the score. In the second half Lacy Baumbaugh drilled a free kick into the Surf net giving Marin a 2-1 lead. The game play was already fierce but with time running out the Surf's offense played even more intensely as they tried to tie up the score. Great effort by the girls of FC kept SD out of the net as time ticked away. The 2-1 victory of Marin over Surf meant the girls advanced to the semi-finals with a record of two wins and one draw!
