It's time for our elected Democrats to do what they were elected to do. WE, the people WANT health care reform...real reform. We don't want some patched together compromise bullied into being by the Republicans. All of you need to man up and get it done. Forget "partisanship"....they have no interest in anything but themselves and getting money from lobbyists...and trying to keep their seat in Congress.

Well said I agree . Democrats have led they way in demanding legislation that benefits the middle class. We can't let republican congressmen get in the way. I'm really tired of these ungrateful grump old republican on Social security/medicare/and medicaid bitch about government ran health care. All these programs were created by democrats. And when hurricane season comes to the southeast "gop country" Fema democrat created program comes to buy houses for the grump ungrateful old republicans.

If we allow Congress to dodge this issue, we deserve the health care system we have now. It is time to virtually threaten our members of Congress, that if they don't give us single payer now, they will be watching from the sidelines very soon. If the common people of Iran can turn out by the hundreds of thousands to demand democracy there, surely we the people of the greatest democracy on earth can at least email our members of Congress to put an end to the tyranny of Corporate medicine.
