350.org animation test #2: Quote Balloons

This is an animation test for a concept to involve my school The Oaks in a video message around 350.org's important International Day of Climate Action on October 24th.

The message is designed to raise awareness about 350ppm and Climate Change, and specifically to put pressure politicians and the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change who will be negotiation improvements to the Kyoto Protocol in Copenhagen this December.

The video will be submitted to 350.org before October 24th so they can include it among the thousands of citizen actions that will be documented all over the world.
