I'm doing this at thirteen it's a little difficult specially knowing when to breathe but it really makes u sweat!

I made it to the very end! :D Thank you so much for all your videos Sadie. Ive started doing this series every morning before starting my day and it makes me feel so amazing throughout the day! I dont even feel tempted to eat junk food or smoke :)

I thought I might show you the difference you've made to me. After my third baby I had stacked on the weight and was diagnosed with RA. I thought I could never be strong again. I would love to post a 'before sadie' and 'after sadie' shot. Maybe I will message them to you! Haaaaaaaa thanks for the kick, it's awesome!

Do you know roughly how many calories you can burn doing this?
When I did it, I had arm and thigh ache, so now I know what I need to work on! :)
