@sloomer555 Queens cost 2 supply, so if you build the queen at 16, 1 second later, you can upgrade metabolic boost at 18. Queen is more important, so that's probably why it takes slight priority.

Mutas are not op because they don't do shit all in a normal battle and cost 100 100 to make which is pretty damn expensive
