  • this is a BAD BAD BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD technique!! Yes it will stop your puppy biteing you in the short term, but all you are doing is affirming your dogs dominance over you. With alrger breeds later in life this is dangerous and you will have a whole load of fun lateron.

The minute your dog mouths you, say NO! If he continues, stand up, and IGNORE him

  • everytime i make this noise my pup thinks im a squeaky toy? and bites me harder....

  • @222dacia Your puppy's methods and behavior will be a bit more difficult to correct as it's older. What you could do if this happens is to immediately take it (when it bites) and either place it in a separate room or it's crate for a time out, or get up and ignore it completely. Make sure you tell the puppy firmly "NO!" (when it bites). Your puppy's reward will be your attention. It will learn when it acts badly, it loses play time and your attention, which is what all dogs crave ;)

  • @222dacia oh, haha, I watched it on low volume ;D
