HOW do people have legs this strong... I have exceptionally weak legs, have been squatting 3 times a weak with a 3 sets of 5 reps format and am still pushed to my limit with 145 lbs. I go down below parallel and try to get up using hamstring/glute drive, but even considering these things my lack of progress is ridiculous.

HIGH rep squats are whole different world compared to say power lifting. I've done 165 x 70 and it was no picnic.

very impressive.... first time i tried 120 no-weight squats, i couldn't walk for 3 days
what's your projection for 100XBW??
