U must to go to Conectivity, then click the second option, and then u must to make a click into the second option. I have this phone but in spanish version because I live in Argentina, but if u follow my indications u will not have any problem when u connect ur cellphone to ur computer. yea,i`ve got that phone,but i have a little trouble whit the cables,i can`t understand,when i connect the cables to the PC and afcourse opening the program, it says "No phone connected" and when i press the connecct button it says "Faild to connect the mobile phone to the PC" ?! Why... =[
