My first sunshine TAS. Dolphin threw a bunch of desyncs at me on this one, so maybe I'll look out for a better revision before making a TAS again.

you could clean him faster by using r+a.

You can do this: Get hurt by a cloud or goop monster, divejump onto the railing, get on the mushroom, sideflip-dive onto the next mushroom, etc.

It's a little risky, tho.
