This is the first tarantula clip I ever made back in 2005. I recompiled the footage to widescreen for your viewing enjoyment! This little guy was filmed about a mile and a half east of Slate Range Crossing overlooking Panamint Valley.

I tolerate some spiders, but I'd definitely shew something large out of the house and I do kill black widows sometimes even when they're in the garage!

OMG! one look at that thing from me im either screaming my head off, running at speed of light, or on the floor half dead! (fainting) im that afraid of insects(besides butterflies and caterpillars they are just cute insects :D) i always was that afraid since i got stung by a bee when i was 4 :(

Tarantulas don't really bother me. I won't pick one up, but I'll put the camera within a couple inches of the little guys. Now when it comes to rattlesnakes I follow a strict four foot rule!!!
