Hey i need some help with SMP Action HD. I know how to remove a rig and know how to view my changed pictures in editor. I also know how to view pictures with removed rigs as my stored frames in the capture window. However, when I make movie, the rigs are still there and not erased. I selected "Stored Frames" but it still does not work. Can you help me?

@3077BIODROID I would contact stop motion pro with the tech support e-mail you should have gotten when you bought it. I haven't messed with that function, but I think there's probably an easy fix. I wish I knew more and could help. If you find out how to fix that let me know and I'll share it with the next person that comes along.

Do you have to use a webcam with this or can you use a normal digital camera?

If you have an HD capture card and an HD video camera - you can use that. You can also use analog capture cards with video camera - as well as DSLR cameras with Stop Motion Pro. Pretty much any camera can work with it as long as you have the proper equipment with your computer.

When I connect my digital camera to my computer, then bring up SMP, it still says no device connected or something. My camera also just turns black when connected to my computer and I cant use it, what do I do?

@0Kevsta0 You need to make sure you can use your camera before you try it with SMP. Try using the software that comes with it. Install the device drivers and test it with a program like Yahoo Messenger or Skype. If it works with those it should work with SMP.
