As The Name Suggests, This Level Is Jam Packed With Explosive Barrels Which You Can Use For Your Advantage If You're Careful.
It's Always Fun To Watch Monsters Frying Themselves By Setting Off A Bunch Of Barrels...
I Have Yet To Succeed Finishing This Level With 100% Kills When Stating From A Default Pistol Start. Because Of That I Will Start This Level Armed A Little Better...
Played On Ultra Violence Difficulty With ZDoom Port And Recorded With Growler GunCam.

guys, anyone knows why the black big aid box turns the screen red and makes the guy use his hands? I never understood that.

The red health pack is a berseker pack- if your health is below 100%, it replenishes it back to 100%.

It also massively powers up your fist attack to roughly the damage of a rocket blast until the end of the level.

After picking one up you don't have to use your fists but it automatically switches to a fist upon pick up.

It's a berserker pack- if you've got less than 100 health, it replenishes it and it also powers up your fists so they can do about as much damage as a rocket until the end of the level.

Not untill the end of the level, but until your screen turns from red to normal.

Berserk lasts only several seconds

No, I have tested it, it lasts until the end of the level (even after the red tint is lost).
