Ο Ντζίγκα Βερτώφ είναι ο δεύτερος μετά τον Άϊζενστάιν, γνωστός σκηνοθέτης του κλασικού σοβιετικού σινεμά. Θεωρείται ως μια από τις ιδιοφυίες αυτής της Τέχνης και ο πιο πρωτοπόρος κινηματογραφιστής.

Not great animation, but it has a few clever bits, and more importantly it would have made the average audience laugh. It gets the point across, and that was the intent. It wasn't meant to be fine art or avant garde.
