It's a stage name, it's ironic.
It's funny. It's funny to do a character called Mrs. Bin Laden dressed in a burka, doing stand-up comedy, it's funny because it's absurd.

Whoopi Goldberg has some jewish roots, thats where she got her last name from. Then about the reviews you posted, sometimes you buy a Movie, with a great reviews on the cover, but it simply sucks :) You can't use words as Allah, Muhammad, it offends Muslims. Most of woman don't mind wearing burka, and you personally look much better in Burka then without it.

It's great not being able to see when you're crossing the street, get beaten if you're not completely covered up and best of all in 90 degrees that burka really breathes.

PS Whoopi Goldberg chose her stage name because she thought it sounded like fun. I actually was inspired by her stage name when I chose mine. My real name by the way is Slappy Bernstein.
