These stretches have cured my runner's knee and allowed me to resume running. I hope they help you as well. I am not a physical therapist or a physician and any knee problem should be diagnosed properly by a physician. These helped me greatly.

  • hello...i liked your video...can you also tell how to breathe during running?

  • @urzparadise Well not really all that much. But I have always been told that a persons optimal running speed should be at the pace where you could carry on a conversation with someone running with you comfortably. I'd don't try to run too fast or too slow. Juuuusssst right :-) I actually just did 23 miles today. Felt good.

  • Thanks im going to try these tomorrow i cant even make it half way down my street so about 10m without pain hopefully it works if i do any streches it helps but after if i stop for a while i have to strech thanks

  • Thanks so much for posting; the throes I had begun to feel from running were becoming almost insufferable. Thanks again for posting, very helpful

  • @manamman1358 I know it will be difficult, but I would do the stretches for at least 2 weeks. No running. It will be worth it. I would say anywhere from 1-3 times per day would be fine. Good luck.

  • @theschoolpsych Thanks very much for this great video. I already feel better after having done two series of these stretches since this morning. I am wondering how many times during a day would be the maximum, in your opinion (I am sure you know how enthusiastic an injured athlete is for going back to his/her regular activities). Thanks.
