  • @dman519 Yeah I noticed that too. I have some difficulty with butt winking, and coincidentally have had problems with hamstring flexibility (can only just touch toes).

  • Butt wink! A couple months ago i corrected that on myself. I'm really not sure how but i think it was with increased hamstring flexibility. The winking wasnt a problem for a while but it caught up with me when i was squatting around 300 and i got some kind of injury really low on my lower back.

  • I forgot to mention, I was wondering is it ok to do this for virtually any muscle group? Thanks
