@dman519 Yeah I noticed that too. I have some difficulty with butt winking, and coincidentally have had problems with hamstring flexibility (can only just touch toes).

Do you do this before squat, or does it work just to do it a couple of times in the week? Cause I don't have foamroller at my gym

Butt wink! A couple months ago i corrected that on myself. I'm really not sure how but i think it was with increased hamstring flexibility. The winking wasnt a problem for a while but it caught up with me when i was squatting around 300 and i got some kind of injury really low on my lower back.
