@fistofonan yeah i noticed that as well, it sounds weird but i think it sounds more floydy? than the rest of the album, at least the way the second vocals come in, anyone know where i can "wink wink" find the film?

Yes Roger narrated a scene about food consumption. They compared the average food consumption of a person in England with a person in India. Very confronting.
