USPS does not work for Uncle Sam. They are privately owned, and operate on postage costs alone. They do not receive federal tax dollars. Same thing as the Federal Reserve. They are a private corporation, but that's a side issue.

LOL we thought that UPS was gonna buy out the FedEx company when the stock crash shit happened.
