Do the swipe devices cost the user anything? The good thing about Square is that you get your swiper for free, however because of their overwhelming demand there was a blunt shortage and some people (like myself) have been waiting for 6+ months.

Seems like a lot of steps for each transaction. I know you get compared to competitors a lot, but Square seems much easier to use. Many fewer steps. Or did I miss something?

Does this app also perform pre-authorization?? I run a services company and this feature would limit dead accounts.

Love this device! We have one and only have one recommendation... we use an Otter Box iPhone protective cover. The device doesn't fit into the phone because of the additional protective layer. Most plumbers, electricians, and service personnel have similar protective covers for their smart phones. It'd be great to have an adapter or another version to work for those of us using protective phone covers. Thanks guys for an awesome product!

It is not clear how much you take in percent please advise of fee's on the transaction and if there is any hidden cost. I am looking for a servicing company with the lowest surcharge to processes payment

@VIPPlayer83 we actually supply Intuit's GoPayment reader, if you look at the bottom of one you will see a "Powered by ROAM Data" logo

why dont you guys make a airprint feature inside the app. some of my customers dont have email. if i have airprint i can just print their receipt on the spot.... just a friendly idea
