I own a redman home for a little over a year now ! I would suggest once it is delivered to ...... look around real closely ... make a list and have all the repairs done before the one year is over !

I would also suggest upon delivery to have the roof checked ...... to make sure everything is fine !

We recently purchased a new Dutch Housing Modular Home built by Champion of Indiana & absolutely adore it. Talk about "bang for the buck"!! We love our hickory cabinets in our beautiful sprawling kitchen & cannot imagine why we waited so long to purchase this home. Our friends are actually envious & have told us that our home is actually better quality than their site built homes! The dealer we purchased our home from was amazing & assisted us every step of the way.

Know whats funny? The videos they put together for showing customers is different then what they actually do. Supposidly, my mobile home is suppose to be wrapped under the siding, I had to replace some siding and there is no wrap under it. I also am suppose to have 2' x 6' walls, only main framing, corners and where walls meet are 2' x 6', the rest is just junk boards to fill in. Im sure not all places are this way, but mine wasnt suppose to be either. Go figure.

These homes are sooo beautiful I hope to own one someday. The suite retreat bathroom is a nessesity lol I may never come out haha. Keep up the good work guys. I know my husband busts his ass everyday at work but loves his job.
