CNC Sherline lathe and the wrong turning tool.

Ok, all you crash-junkies, here's a video of a demo gone wrong. A 30-degree tool was probably what the EMC developers had in mind when they wrote this program.

Yes, I upload my mistakes as well as some of my successes. I should have looked more carefully at the demo program's tool path, but it was late, I'd just gotten the lathe running, and I wanted to cut something!

I've never seen a HSS toolbit used on a cnc, just Carbide inserts.

That wasnt a crash, just a small rubbing. That is why I try not to show my miiling table or clamps as they have been hit a few times. 1 of the reasons I bought a Sherline first. Bridgeport later maybe.

Что-то не так,что-то нетак))) Автор ,поставь другой резец! Додумался ,поставить в качестве проходного-упорного резца поставить отрезной -канавочный... Ясен хуй его затрет у тебя)))
