The rest of Shirley Temple receiving the SAG Life Achievement award in 2006. I did not include Dakota Fanning part as it has already been posted, and it got the video under 10min.
I believe this is Shirley's last public appearance. She was 77 at the time(almost 78). She is now 83!

Hateful comments towards Jaime Lee or Shirley, or any celebrity will be removed.

  • As of 2011, Shirley is alive and well living in Woodside, California near San Francisco. She is reportedly working on a second book, her first autobiography was published in 1989. Remarkable that the biggest child star of them all did NOT grow up a drunk, drug addict or die tragically young. Instead, she became an accomplished diplomat and US ambassador. A friend worked with her when she was Ambassador to Czechoslovakia in the 90s and said she was absolutely charming and very bright.

  • So many, young and old, grew up with Shirley Temple. I'm 25 and grew up with her when i was a kid. My mother, whom is in her late 60s also grew up with Shirley. Bless you for being such a wonderful and awe-inspiring woman! Wish we had many more people, not just women, like her to look up to in this day and age. We love you Shirley!!

  • UNIQUE! Meaning something that is one of a kind that stands out and people take notice. THIS IS SHIRLEY TEMPLE! Truly gifted from the Lord that she loves with all of her heart & confesses unashamedly!" There will never be another Shirley Temple!"I have heard since I was a child.I am now 61 and there never has been.I doubt that there ever will, especially the days of being so sweet and innocent as she was, seem to be over with kids being pushed to dress, talk and act too grown up before their time.

  • She is so great not only because she was lucky to be granted great physical apperance and talent by GOD but she also had courage, self confidence and that resistance not to be defeated in life but work hard to overcome problems and to achieve sth.

ı strongly wish I were like her.

  • i love hurr

  • Not anyone more deserving of a lifetime achievement award than Shirley. She had such strength of character she probably could have married Shatner and straightened him out! I bet people will still watch videos of her some hundreds of years from now.

WOW! What a babe...Shirley Temple is so beautiful in that pic :)

  • Do you see that power? She has a gift to bring everybody together. She has that gift.

  • Oh sorry but has Shirley had a stroke or something, she looks very unsteady.

  • I'm glad she was never in The wizard of Oz. Imagine no Judy Garland. Of course she would have nailed it perfectly. There will NEVER be another Shirley Temple

  • Billy Wilder used the bit with the elevator boy when he did Some Like It Hot. "thats ok I like older women " was said to Daphne ( Jack Lemmon ) as he got into the elevator.

  • She has no rival.
