Oh man, your zombie voice at the end there was way too adorable. I love this project. I need to stop watching your videos on my day off, it gives me horribly awesome ideas for hordes of plushies!

man these videos kinda suck. they go on a thousand miles per hour. Way too short to be of actual help. Good for giving you ideas but not as DIY .. meh!

I use the foot part as containment for all the old dryer sheests that I stuff them with. I like the idea of having a liner in there because I have put some holes in the outer layer to emulate rotting flesh. My kids get such a kick out of this project, even after 5 months or so. We have an old tin of mismatched buttons which we use for eyes, and I stitch them on loosely and wrap the thread in the back so that the eye is hanging off. It's awesome.
Nex one will be a video response.

I have seen your videos on the make magazine page, so I figured I would take a look. I love this idea, I made this one with my 6 year old daughter and we had lots of fun with it. I decided to stuff mine with old dryer sheets, and I keep it in my undies drawer, it's softer than plastic grocery bagfs (which I no longer use) and it keeps my drawer smelling fresh. When more sheets accumilate, I'm sure we'll make more.

@siriwazhere the heel becomes the face, you don't use the foot part. Or you could, make it your own!
