Watch a UK horizon programme entitled 'horizon - global dimming' on google/youtube for a telling (though indirect calling them 'contrails') reference to one of chemtrails effects. 'HAARP' of course, involves many other effects, of which Dennis Kucinich is obviously well aware of, including the ability to produce earthquakes (dr brookes agnew), creating floods (operation popeye - vietnam), guiding hurricanes and disrupting communications networks. They are literally and metaphorically over our heads, all over the world, spanning entire continents, on a daily basis (scotland to london to cornwall in the UK, coast to coast in the states, right the way accross europe, australia and further. They are not good for any ecosystem i would imagine, and the government/military (the only party able to fund and covertly carry this out, as they have many times before in recent history) will cause many problems, so then, inevitably, they can come out and say that they will have to control the weather with chemtrails as the solution - to help the problem they created. As has been declared already in American media. look to the skies people! we're gonna be being sprayed with nerve gas in a few years and not realise, or care before long... wakey wakey! these aint contrails boyyyyy!!
