wow vagisil890 do you honestly think all the MP's do is sit in a cop car eating donuts with a radar gun? Unlike any other police force we go on task's, we go on tour's, and have the greatest police training, and soldier training. We protect different embassies, V.I.P's, and many other things. @SaroopD field MPs are still patrol mps they`re just attached to a field unit like in petawawa or valcartier.  They do route signage and security as well as handle pows. Close protection is it`s own thing that any MP can get into after passing through a selection board. They do air marshall work and bodyguard work for VIPs.

@RickySouthwell you need to pass basic math on the CF aptitude test to meet the qualification level and have police foundations or previous military experience.

@torau666 the only thing the opp do is sign a 72 hr suspension when we need it but only in ontario because the police service act has yet to be updated. That`s the only thing they do.
