Great video and good points made. It seems absurd to think that a deity created the universe. Science tends to refute the belief at every angle. Even though science doesn't know the cause of the universe's beginning, like what caused the big bang, at least it's an honest answer of looking at existence.

The fact that it requires physical evidence doesn't take it away from the realm of history; historians also use physical evidence to back up their claims. Moreover, archeology is a form of science that works in conjunction with history and you have historical archeology. The claim that Jews were enslaved is one that is historical as it based on the Bible as an historical record. The claim is yes investigated scientifically through science.

The proof is conscious moral decision. Second the Hebrews never built the pyramids, they built Egyptian storehouses

so you are looking for an evidence that is so big that you cant see it. For hundreds of years people have make that question that even the Vatican can answer. But what about Maria Teresa, Gandhi, people that bones are in physical shape and change many things with something so simple that people ignore, like i said before "love".

Hey man i completely agree with you. These people with religion who are otherwise rational about everything else go completely off the deep end when it comes to their god or their belief. I mean like If you were to make a claim that you had a million dollars people would want to see some proof that you really had it, but when they make a claim that some magical fairy came down and poofed everything out of no where they tell you to just have faith and dont question it. It's almost sickening.

An important point and well presented.
Jews enslaved by Egyptians is a scientific claim.
No, it is an historical claim.

@tigereyes5 No, it's a scientific claim because it proposes an idea for which we should find physical evidence. It is not up to historians to uncover ancient ruins, that is left to archaeologists who are themselves scientists working with a scientific frame of mind to piece together the past.
