I drove along Main street in April 2009 to take photos and a short video to show people the OTHER side to Las Vegas. The unemployment rate in Las Vegas is soaring past 10% and the homeless situation is increasing.

What can you expect. The government is out of control and taxing its people to death, while the govt officials get cushy jobs and live in their mansions.

i use to go down there to feed the homeless every week i know a lot of people that live in those tents

@juker606 if ur lucky u can eat 3 times a day but highly doubt you can plan your day that easy on foot in the heat and no water unless you find it and jus so you know cops messed with people out here that are homeless jus because they can so watch what u say unless you been through it urself u don know sh*t

It is a shame! Every human needs the basics. We can do better, before it all just explode. The streets, homes etc. are not safe for anyone. I help but it takes EVERYONE to care and help!
