    man, to bring down such building in this manner is extremely complicated process and there are only several demolition companies in the world capable of such job. They also get paid huge amount of money for such thing. So are you suggesting, that they should just start couple of office fires and the building just falls down like this? Into its own foot print at speed near free fall?

    By the way - it is absolutely irrelevant whether they blew the penthouse 3 seconds earlier than the rest or not...
